What if it already happened?

We all know that the first thing to do in an accident is to call 911 for help immediately, but what should we do after? It is always not too late to change. When an accident happened, we should record what had happened. According to the problem of the accident; we will be able to find the solution to avoid the accident to happen again. 
It is also important to inform all the worker about the accident which happened. A correct demonstration will help to avoid future accident.

Sometimes in a small company, the manager might take less serious about the issue. It will be important for the employee itself to be knowledge about what they could do. When you need time off because of an accident at work, you will have the right to claim a sick pay. Your employer will have to pay you for your time off or pay you extra depend on the accident. If an accident was caused by employer’s responsibility, then you will want to have a lawyer to claim for compensation. Therefore, it is important for employer to take health and safety issue more seriously.
