What to eat?

What can I eat? This is a question a lot people would have daily. Did you notice the wording in this question? Why isn’t it “What do I want to eat?” or “What do I like to eat?”
During work, there are limits to what workers can eat. It is not a limit set by the company. It is about how little time you have for the lunch break. When choosing the food to eat; you have to consider the travel time, wait time, price, weather condition and finally the time of eating. This often limit people to eat fast food like McDonald and Subway. Sometime, people might also skip the lunch because of all the process we have to consider.
Long-term unhealthy eating would lead to bad health condition. It is not only a matter to the employee, but it might also impact the working efficiency.

I recommend company could have their own cafeteria in the working building. They can include healthy salad bar and nutrition-based menu food. To be more focus, the menu can also be set by the employees. They can eat what they like in a more convenience way. It will also be a long-term benefit for the company.
