Work itself is already stressful enough. Why making it more stressful?

Aside from the physical issue, there are also mental and health problem which could occur in the workplace. Mental related issue is not something that we can be trained on, but there could always be a solution to reduce the problem.

According to AIS, (https://www.stress.org/workplace-stress/), 80% of the workers had experienced of feeling stress on the job. Nearly half of them say they need help to manage their stress. A help desk within the company will be helpful for whomever need it. When you have problems but you have no one to talk to, help desk will always be happy to help you out. There will be people listen to each worker’s problem and giving suggestion for what they could do. They could help to solve problems like how to reduce their stress. If the problem is related to workload, they can help by investigating the amount of workload each employee had to make sure the work pressure was not all put on one person. There could also be a monthly survey to rate whether you are capable of the amount of work you are getting or any other problem which need to be solved. Help desk could keep a file of all the question, problems, and suggestion they had been getting. The company could solve the problem accordingly to make the company a more comfortable place for every worker.
